Our source
One family source, three generations
Everything here starts as the same Himalayan crystal, drawn at the Khewra salt range our family has worked for three generations. We know exactly where every piece comes from, because we were there.
Shaped for your home
Our lamps are hand-carved one at a time, our scrub salt is fine-milled from the same crystal, and our salt rocks stay beautifully raw. No two pieces are ever alike.
Independently inspected
Every batch is checked before it ships, then travels to you with full tracking and our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Before you order
Questions, answered honestly
Everything worth knowing before you order. Still curious? Reach us any time at support@pinksalt.com.
How long will delivery take?
Every order is delivered within 12 to 15 days of your order date, with free shipping across the US. You will get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Where does my order ship from, and how do I track it?
Every piece ships from our family's source region rather than a domestic warehouse. Delivery takes 12 to 15 days from your order date, and shipping is free across the US. A tracking link lands in your email the moment your order ships, so you can watch it travel.
What comes in the box?
Everything each piece needs. Every corded lamp arrives with its power cord included, the USB glow lamp comes with its USB cable, and the flame diffuser includes its salt chunks, a USB-C cable and a user manual. The wall lamp set arrives as two plug-in lamps in one parcel, ready for any US outlet. The scrub is a sealed jar, ready to use, and the salt rocks arrive as two sealed 100 g packs, one of them pictured here. If anything is missing, email support@pinksalt.com and we will make it right.
Is everything here real Himalayan salt?
Yes. Every lamp is hand-carved from genuine Himalayan crystal, and our body scrub is milled from the same salt. Each piece is naturally one of a kind in shade and shape, so no two are exactly alike.
Do salt lamps purify the air or release negative ions?
You will see those claims a lot. Honestly, the science does not support them, and we will not tell you otherwise. What a real salt lamp does do, beautifully, is fill a room with a warm, calming amber glow from a one-of-a-kind 250-million-year-old crystal. We sell these because they are real, and because real is enough.
Will my lamp look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly, and that is the point. Because each lamp is carved from a natural crystal, the color, veining, and shape vary from piece to piece. Yours will be genuinely one of a kind.
My lamp feels damp in humid weather. Is that normal?
Yes, and it is actually a sign your lamp is real. Genuine salt crystal is naturally hygroscopic, so it draws a little moisture from humid air and can bead slightly on the surface. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and keep it lit regularly; the gentle warmth keeps the crystal dry. Keep it out of steamy bathrooms, and never wash or submerge it.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, and every order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If it is not right for your home, the guarantee has you covered.
