Our promise. We want you to love your PinkSalt pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@pinksalt.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you instructions.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pinksalt.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to return the original in most cases.
Items lost in transit
If tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the order is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products (for example, body scrub) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
Return shipping
- Change of mind: the customer covers return shipping.
- Damaged, defective, wrong, or lost items: we cover all costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or a claim is approved), we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. After that, we may not be able to cancel, but you can still use our 30-day return process once the item arrives.
